Maria Baughman is a licensed real estate professional with a strong background in human resources, business operations, and client relations. Before transitioning back into real estate, Maria built a successful career as an HR leader, earning her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and working with organizations to develop people-centered strategies, streamline processes, and strengthen workplace culture.

Maria brings that same dedication, organization, and attention to detail to her real estate practice. Through managing her own home renovation, she discovered a passion for project management and residential construction. Her background in HR and business management enables her to oversee project timelines and budgets with thoughtful communication, and client advocacy—ensuring every transaction is handled with professionalism and care.

A lifelong Massachusetts resident, Maria has a deep appreciation for the communities she serves and a keen understanding of what makes each neighborhood and home unique.
